TEST-OK supports feno to meet these high standards. feno GmbH has opted for TEST-OK to expand the scope of their testing procedures. Next to the existing visual inspection and 'connectors test', the functional testing system of TEST-OK added the automated tests of analog voltages which has considerably increased reliability and reduced production time. IMG 1798 128x72So far feno has designed two TEST OK Modules with which over 3,000 PCBs will be tested annually. Both of their current TEST-OK Modules have been designed to contain 4 PCBs in one test, using multiplexing.

 

 

 

With the custom TEST-OK Expansion board - including an Atmel in-circuit programmer and two light controllers (DALI and DMX) - feno is now also able to test the communication of their respective control electronics in an effective and structured way.The different user access levels that TEST-TRACK provides, grants varied access to five employees so the test procedure is seamlessly integrated into the existing corporate structure of feno. IMG 1801 128x92According to feno, one of the great advantages of the TEST-OK system is the short development time of a TEST-OK Module. Their first Module took five weeks to develop, the second three, and feno estimates to need only one week for all subsequent Modules. In the near future, feno expects to increasingly make use of TEST-OK.
